Niki B. Pierce graduated with honors from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2011 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Auburn University. While in law school, she gained invaluable experience by clerking for the Alabama Attorney General’s Office – Family and Consumer Protection Units, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Honorable Gene Reese of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court.
Niki is a results-driven attorney whose practice focuses primarily upon Divorce and Family Law matters. She has been named by the National Academy of Family Law Advocates as one of the Top 10 Lawyers under the age of 40 in Alabama, and she holds a 9.8 ‘Top Attorney’ rating by Avvo.com. In addition to her Family Law practice, Niki is also a highly skilled advocate for those who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of others, having been named by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 40 Lawyers under the age of 40 in Alabama. A native of Troy, Alabama, she is a dependable problem-solver, adept at creating innovative strategies which produce profitable results. As a certified court-appointed mediator, Niki is a natural communicator and negotiator who zealously represents her clients in both the courtroom and the conference room. Niki is also a skilled writer whose analytical article, “Attention All Internet Users: How Proposed Amendments to the Communications Decency Act Could Save Your Reputation,” was published in the American University Washington College of Law’s Legislation and Policy Brief, a prestigious legal journal.
Niki is an involved, dedicated member of the Wiregrass community, with a passion for the growth and improvement of our area. In her spare time she and her husband, Gantt enjoy traveling and going to the beach with their daughter and family.
